Traci Oberle’s watermedia piece is titled “Outskirts of Town”. I like the way she creates rich blues and contrasts them with neutral greys and yellows. She also “takes a special interest in quiet places that reveal passage of time, working with the materials spontaneously to allow unplanned colors, patterns and textures to become part of her final surface.” Traci Oberle has a studio at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton Virginia.
