In an effort to deal with illegal immigration, the United States is putting children in concentration camps.  In those camps, the children are separated from their families and receive inadequate health care and other poor treatment.
he painting depicts the “Icebox,” the frozen room where children are first brought.  A demonic figure beats a child while monstrous birds cheer.  Other children are beaten and kicked. Above it all, a crying toddler is torn from his mother’s hands.
